Last updated: September 25, 2026 Canada & United States

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Financial Solutions platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and our Security Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

1.1. Binding agreement

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Financial Solutions. If you act on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

1.2. Other policies

The Acceptable Use Policy, Service Level Agreement (where applicable), and any order-form or subscription terms are incorporated by reference.

2. Eligibility & authority

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence (18 in most Canadian provinces and US states) to use the Service. You represent that your registration information is accurate and complete.

2.1. No minors

The Service is not directed to minors and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the applicable age. See our Privacy Policy for children’s-privacy commitments.

3. Accounts & access

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Enable multi-factor authentication for sensitive actions and keep your contact information current.

3.1. Step-up verification

Sensitive financial data and actions may require step-up authentication. You authorize us to enforce additional verification where appropriate.

4. Subscriptions, credits & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Credit packs are one-time purchases. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer-protection law in Canada or the United States.

4.1. Taxes

Applicable taxes (e.g., GST/HST/PST in Canada; state and local sales tax in the US) are added where required.

4.2. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Unused AI credits do not carry over after plan downgrade or cancellation unless stated otherwise.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: reverse-engineering, scraping, attempting unauthorized access, transmitting malware, violating others’ rights, or using the Service for unlawful financial advice. We may suspend access for violations.

5.1. Not a registered adviser

Financial Solutions provides informational and organizational tools. It does not constitute investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice, and we are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or money services business.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights to the Service, including software, branding, and content. You retain all rights to the data you submit. We process your data only as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the accuracy of market data, tax estimates, or AI-generated insights.

8. Limitation of liability & indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8.1. Consumer protections preserved

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law in Canada or the United States, including certain statutory consumer guarantees.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. You may export your data before cancellation via the Developer Hub; we retain records only as needed for legal, tax, and audit obligations.

10. Governing law & dispute resolution

10.1. Canada

For users in Canada, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

10.2. United States

For users in the United States, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

10.3. Class-action waiver

To the extent permitted by law, disputes are resolved on an individual basis and class actions are waived.

11. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify material changes via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For questions, contact us via the Help Center or submit a request through the Contact page.
